Job Title: System Engineer
Job Summary:
A System Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the IT infrastructure of a company. Ensures that servers, networks, and systems operate efficiently with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers.

Setup and monitor network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).

Implement system security and data protection policies.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.

Manage backups and disaster recovery procedures.

Monitor and optimize system performance.

Provide user support and resolve IT tickets.

Maintain IT documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Deploy and manage cloud services (AWS, Azure).

Plan and implement IT projects and upgrades.
Required Skills:

Windows Server & Linux administration

Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)

Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)

Cloud platforms (optional: AWS, Azure)

Qualifications:

BSc/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Red Hat, VMware) preferred

1–5 years of relevant experience (depending on level)
